1. How long does it take to develop film?
Our Dallas lab typically develops film within 6–7 business days, depending on volume and chemistry type.

3. Do you accept mail-in film orders?
Yes! You can mail your film directly to:

Once your package arrives, we’ll email confirmation and start processing. Return shipping for negatives and prints is available.
4. What scanning options do you offer?
Choose between standard JPEG scans for everyday use or high-resolution TIFF scans for professional printing and archiving.
Select your preferred scan option during checkout.
5. How do I place an order?
Visit our Develop Film page, select your format, choose your scan resolution, and checkout.
If mailing film, include your order number inside the package.
6. Can I develop color and black & white film together?
Absolutely. You can submit both color (C-41) and black & white film together — just select the right process for each roll. We handle the rest.
7. Do you offer push or pull processing?
Yes, we provide push and pull development for both color and black & white film. Specify how many stops you’d like adjusted when you place your order.
8. What if my film cannot be developed?
If your film arrives damaged or undevelopable, we’ll contact you and issue a refund for the development fee.
9. What happens if my film comes out blank?
In the rare case of blank film, we refund the scanning portion of your order. Development costs still apply, as chemistry and handling were completed.
10. Do you offer bulk film discounts?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts for labs or photographers processing 40 rolls or more.
