Ilford Ilfotol Wetting Agent 1 L
Ilford Ilfotol is a non‑ionic wetting agent used as a final rinse in black & white film and fibre‑base paper processing. It lowers surface tension of water so that residual water sheets off evenly, thereby greatly reducing drying marks (water spots, streaks). It is part of Ilford’s “optimum permanence” sequence for fibre‑base papers, and is suitable for both manual and machine processing.
Ilfotol is highly concentrated: you dilute it (typical working dilution is 1 + 200) before use. It is broadly compatible with all B/W chemistry flows, and can even be used for anti‑static treatment, or cleaning lenses/plastic filters.
